Grant preparation includes mandatory sections that may include abstract, review of evidence-based practices, needs assessment, implementation and work plan, staffing plan, evaluation plan, performance measures, participant protection, and protection of human subjects guidelines.  Grant preparation may also include line item budget, budget narrative, staffing plan, logic models, and IRB approval request forms as required for each unique funding opportunity. 
  • Administrative policies specific to your organization and program operating policies specific to your unique projects in accordance with Culturally & Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) standards 
  • Needs assessment, including development of survey instruments, data collection, and reports 
  • Process and outcome evaluations including form development, data management and security strategies, data analysis and interpretation, fidelity and quality assurance, program and performance improvement feedback, and reporting and dissemination of evaluation findings 
  • Database development and construction in Microsoft Access or Excel including automated forms, formulas, dashboards, macros, web apps, and SQL and VBA coding.
